My ideas are: Did you try compiling some files? Aka make em smaller?

I dont know too much of flash but I know alot of good flash makers. Compile your files and then check your flash again. Or try changing some formats of images/sounds and such and check if the quality is almost the same. It's going to be puzzeling but its the best I can offer you now.
And maybe as some say: Ask one of the Fulps if it's allowed this one time. They may understand.
